Wednesday, 12 March 2008 06:04
On March10th Borough Council passed a resolution opposing Gov. Corzine's reduction in state aid that will cause a .28 cent tax rate increase or the equivalent reduction in essential services provided throughout the community. They also called on our elected
representatives to work to take affirmative action to restore program funding sufficient to honor state statutes and their stated commitment to the cause of property tax relief in all New Jersey municipalities.
