Taco Tuesday is a custom in many US cities that encourages going out to eat tacos or Tex-Mex dishes, typically served in a tortilla, on Tuesday nights. The first known use of the term "Taco Tuesday" was in 1973 as an advertisement in the Rapid City Journal for a local business. Restaurants, like Merchantville's own Avocado Fiesta Restaurant often offer special prices, deals or taco selections every Tuesday night. This week they gave a FREE taco for every three (3) that customers ordered. Their menu includes salads, nachos, enchiladas,

empanadas and tostados, as well as full-plate dinners and bakery-made desserts and cakes. The restaurant, located at 134 E Park Avenue, is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Contact them @ 856-454-9777.
