Council finalizes 606 redevelopment purchase |

 On Monday, September 26, 2011, Borough Council approved the West Maple Redevelopers Agreement, the West Maple Purchase Agreement and a resolution for the redevelopment of 606 West Maple Avenue property. Better known as Wellwood Manor, the property includes a 54 unit apartment
complex built in 1906. These actions are the culmination of 8 years of municipal effort focused on rehabilitaing and revitalizing this residential property and the surrounding West End neighborhood. |
