MPWC testing for traces of drugs

New Jersey is leading efforts to identify and treat new kinds of water contaminants and one of those pilot programs is being carried out in the Merchantville/Pennsauken water system. Rutgers pioneered the testing techniques that discover pharmaceutical traces in water and the DEP has been conducting pilot programs to remove contaminates from drinking water.
