A ground breaking ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 8th at 10:00 a.m. at the intersection of Maple & Chapel Avenues. RLC III, LLC of Berwyn, PA, is breaking ground on a new 7,900-square-foot facility that will be the home of PNC Bank and other retailers.
The former site of three abandoned buildings will be redeveloped into a stunning new building housing PNC and 4,000 square feet of Class A retail space. In attendance will be the Honorable Mayor Frank M. North, Senator Diane B. Allen, Assemblyman Jack Conners, Members of Merchantville’s Borough Council, re-developer, Rudolph Celli and Edward McLoughlin of RLC III, LLC, the architect, Robert W. O'Reilly, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, Arch Design Architects, Inc., the builder, Gary Gardner, Gary Gardner, Inc., the Engineer, Joseph Brickley, P.E., CME, Consulting Engineer Services and PNC leasing agent, Mario Spudic. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend!
