The 2007 Primary Election was held on June 5th. James F. Kelly, Jr., Christina Wintters and Anthony J. Perno, III were elected as "Merchantville '07 candidates for the Democratic party and Steven Volkert, Nicholas DiMatteo and Mark Brunton were elected to represent the Republican party. The Republican 'open' rule primary candidates, Gail Ford, Marvin Gaskill and Rosemari Hicks were defeated. Election results are available here.
