November 21, 2008 Minutes
This was a Special Meeting held at the PNC Bank Building on a Friday evening.
This open meeting attracted approximately 25 members and interested residents. Our host and Manager of the Bank, Mr. Peacock, conducted tours of the building’s upper and lower floors. The handwritten ledgers in the old basement safe were interesting to peruse. Refreshments were enjoyed while sharing memories of the building. Pictures from the past were displayed that initiated interesting conversation.
Our Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, January 28th at the Community Center. Plan to attend to enjoy old films of the 1924 and 1974 Merchantville Parades.
