Task Force to meet this week |
There will be a Task Force Meeting on Thursday April 11th at 1:00 p.m. We will be discussing a number of neighborhood projects, including the New Jersey Tree Foundation’s upcoming tree planting along areas of Maple Avenue and the Overpass in Pennsauken. Additionally, a representative from the Camden Metro Area of the Rails to Trails Conservancy Program will be making a presentation to the Task Force. Please come out and join us! |

Businesses to meet March 29th |
Just a reminder that the next Merchantville Business Association meeting is this Thursday, March 29th at 7:00 pm. There will be a get together beforehand in Café Bella Vita, 43 S. Centre Street, at 6:15. Please join us for a slice of gourmet pizza and refreshments. Eleven business owners attended the March 3rd meeting and much was discussed. Please consider how you can contribute to the group and If you'd like to lead a committee on ordinances, promotion or membership please let us know.

Public Workshop presentation by West Maple Task Force |

The West Maple Neighborhood Task Force held a public visioning workshop at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27th at the Pennsauken Free Public Library. The workshop sought feedback on ideas to improve the neighborhood, which falls within the boundaries of Camden, Merchantville and Pennsauken. The workshop is part of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission to develop a Joint Municipality Strategic Revitalization Plan for the neighborhood, coordinate capital investment, plan decision-making mechanisms and pool resources to target investment that will achieve the greatest impact on neighborhood conditions.
The workshop will be facilitated by Ragan Design Group of Medford. Monthly Task Force meetings are open to the public and held at 10 a.m. on the second Thursday at the Merchantville Borough Hall, 1 W.
