Brigid Brennan, AHP, CYT, CMT is a lifelong resident of Merchantville. Her interest in alternative medicine began when she started practicing yoga in 2000. She went on to study Reiki through the master level under Elsie Kerns. Brigid received her yoga teaching certificate through Yoga on Main. During this course she was introduced to Ayurveda and studied with Dr. Ed Zadlo. She received her training in massage at Lourdes Institute of Wholisitic Studies and received her degree as an Ayurvedic Practitioner from California College of Ayurveda in May 2009. Brigid opened Manifest Health Alternative Medicine in Merchantville, NJ in March 2010 and offers Holistic Care. Her goal is to treat and educate in a manner that builds self-sufficiency in maintaining ones own health.

Kathy Boyle Laufer & Rita Boyle O’Brien are sisters that have lived in Merchantville for over 30 years. They both grew up in Merchantville and chose to raise their own families here, as well. In addition to living next door to each other in town, they work together as the #1 Real Estate Team for Century 21 CGW Real Estate. Kathy just received her Broker’s license and Rita is currently in school to receive hers in the Spring. They can be seen volunteering for town events, such as the Car Show and were the Committee Chairs for the last Merchantville Holiday Home Tour. They are also active through St Peter School and Parish and through Camden County with the Women’s Council of Realtors and Community Outreach Committee. Kate Joslin has lived in Merchantville since 2008. Originally from Cherry Hill, Kate attended Cherry Hill West and attended college at Rowan University. She is a certified personal trainer and Health and Physical education teacher. However, putting herself through college she developed a passion for the world of banking and finance while working as loan officer for Commerce, then later TD Bank, where she handled everything from credit card requests to mortgages. Other than the formal, accredited classes required by Commerce/TD, Kate speak primarily of experience at the bank and extensive self-education. Currently, programming commercial for Univision, Kate is still seeking employment as an educator. Kate is married and a mother of twin daughters, born in 2008. Aside from work and play, Kate enjoys home improvements and gardening. In warmer weather, Kate enjoys spending most of her time outdoors, whether playing with the girls in the yard or going on a nature walk she prefers enjoying nature in the raw.
