Join us for the art reception of "View Points by the Stoners" at Eilandarts Center, 10 East Chestnut Avenue, Merchantville, on Friday, May 29th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Their art is on view in the gallery from May 1st through June 30th. Eric Stoner’s work invites viewers into richly layered visual narratives that challenge and inspire. His multidisciplinary approach and dedication to his craft make him a distinctive voice in contemporary art. He has been

creating works of art in professional photography for over 37 years as a widely published, award-winning photographer. His use of color and composition allows the observer to step into the scene as if they are there. From colorful landscape still-life imagery to still-motion, his goal is to inspire the viewer. Leeannwyn Stoner's matured art making process uses the line as painted on top of the flat wood surfaces. With the same visual vocabulary of her youth taking subject matter and blowing it up into abstraction then breaking it down into bold forms, retaining only the most important line and color hints. She holds a BFA Painting from Syracuse University and winner of a Hiram Gee Fellowship.
