Youth Nutrition Training
Do you like to cook? Do you want to create your recipes? Are you a high school student looking for an exciting job opportunity? If you said YES, come join us at the WOW Center in Merchantville for our FREE Youth Nutrition Outreach training program. This session meets on Mondays, May 5th, 12th, and 19th, June 2nd, 9th, and 16th, 23rd and 30th (hybrid for 8-weeks) from 4:30-6:30 p.m. During the training you will receive cooking and nutrition lessons from a culinary expert, recipes to practice at home and food safety information.

Movie Night at the Firehouse
Bring your blankets & chairs, get comfy and come out to support your local firefighters and enjoy a night under the stars with friends and neighbors at Merchantville Fire Department's Movie Night at the Firehouse fundraiser. The full length feature is "Fireheart" - a 2022 animated adventure comedy film set in New York around 1930 as 6-year-old Georgia Nolan aspires to be a fireman like her father used to be. This event is hosted by the Niagara Volunteer Fire Company, 22 East Park Avenue, on Friday, May 2nd.
