John Grasso had three jobs before the effects of Coronavirus were felt in South Jersey. The furloughed "Quiz King" typically hosts game nights at the 45th Street Pub in Pennsauken but has no audience during this era of social distancing. However, dedicated quizzo contestants were pining for more family fun so, he decided to take his game show to the internet. The Merchantville native says he always dreamt of becoming a radio personality, and jokes that someone might "discover" him through his new internet show. On Wednesday and Sunday nights, The Quiz King can be found streaming on his Youtube Channel to a live audience of friends and family who equally miss the live entertainment atmosphere. Each night tackles a theme, such as "Disney Movies" or "Assassinations." To tune in and join the community, visit his Youtube Channel.

On March 9, 2020 Borough Council passed Resolution R20-44 awarding Joseph A. Cuzzupe the contract to complete various renovations and improvements at the Community Center recreation park. Renovations included the installation of a bocce ball court and basketball court. Residents can look forward to using these beautiful new courts with friends and family as soon as social distancing guidelines are loosened to permit the use of recreational equipment and public sports facilities. For now, we will all have to appreciate a job well done and admire them from afar.

Minnie's Magical Moments proved that there's nothing more enchanting than seeing a child's face light up when an impromptu parade of Disney characters, Super heroes and Folklore favorites passes by. Owner, Destiny Pagan, organized a three-day parade around the neighboring communities of Pennsauken, Delair & Merchantville to spread joy and happiness over Easter weekend to spread some cheer during these trying times. She was able to recruit some of her workers, friends and family to help her carry out this treat that has left a lifetime in the memories in the minds of all these children. Thank you, Destiny!
