At 8:30 p.m. on Halloween Night at the Witch's House on the corner of Park Avenue and Centre Street, Mayor Brennan was pleased to proclaim the 2025 Haunts of Monsterville Winners. The Best Overall Theme went to "Pirates" at 72 Volan Street; the Best DIY Haunt was awarded to "Durantula-Phillies" at 25 East Walnut Avenue - Phillies; the Best Overall Effects was captured by "Whispering Pines" at 3 East Cedar Avenue; the Best Traditional Display
was bestowed on "Ghostly Grabeyatf" at 117 Glenwood Avenue; and, the Best Business was given to Nicole Nurthen Photography's "Hocus Crokus" at 2 East Maple Avenue. A huge thanks to everyone who participated in the contest and all our residents who adorned their homes and lawns with Halloween decor to turn Merchantville into the best Monsterville ever this month!
