On May 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Borough of Merchantville at the Borough Hall on the application of Ato Swann for a variance to permit Retail Sales, Retail Sales of Prepackaged Food, and Charge for Admission. The variance is sought for 21 S. Centre St., Merchantville, NJ. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application and exhibits are on file at Borough Hall. Proposals for a Locker Room Alterations project and School Fire Doors have been requested by Merchantville Elementary School. The sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at their offices, located at 130 South Centre Street, Merchantville, NJ 08109, at 3:00 p.m on Friday May 18, 2012. The Borough of Merchantville invites proposals for development of 29 Volan Street, Merchantville, NJ. The Borough will receive sealed proposals on Tuesday, May 22nd no later than 10:00 a.m. The minimum bid is $50,000. Proposal packages are on file and may be examined at the Office of the Borough Clerk.
