Grand Marnier & red wine poached, toasted walnut, apple cider, petite salad); Spinach Tortellini (Ricotta cheese, mussels, rock shrimp, chili oil); Potato Crusted Salmon (Loch Duart salmon, fennel, celery, carrot, saffron fumet ); and, Honey Glazed Duck Breast (Confit duck leg, vanilla-carrot, cippolini onion, mushroom).
