It is with great sadness that the Merchantville Police Department announced the passing of Retired Sergeant Matthew Rulli. Sergeant Rulli passed away in the early hours of January 19th at his home in the company of family after a 38 month battle with pancreatic cancer. He was the loving husband of Christina L.
