It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of long-time community member Steve Selverian, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on October 22, 2025. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Sandra, seven children, Richard (Melissa), Jeffrey, Mark (Laura), Gregory (Debra), Arthur (Tania), Kurk (Rita and, Lucinda (Thomas) Stamboulian. He also leaves twenty-three grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A true believer in civic responsibility, Steve served for decades as a member and president of our Planning Board, years as a member and president of our School Board, a poll worker and volunteered on countless other committees that shaped the character of our small community. He will also be fondly remembered for twenty years of service to sports at Pennsauken High School where he and Sandra were the first to be inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame.
His viewing will be held from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29th at St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church, 8701 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, followed by a funeral service at 11:30. Internment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. Full obituary.
