Welcome to Candle Making & Yoga on Self Care Saturday at A Milli Little Things. Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating day filled with candle making and yoga. Take some time for yourself and indulge in self-care activities that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. During the event, you will learn how to make your own candles, choosing from a variety of scents and vessels to create a personalized masterpiece. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process, ensuring that you leave with a beautiful and unique candle. 

Afterwards, we will move into a gentle yoga session, designed to stretch and strengthen both your body and mind. Release any tension or stress as you flow through calming poses, focusing on deep breathing and relaxation. So grab your mat, get creative with candle making, and reconnect with your body during our yoga session.
