Mayor Ted Brennan and the Borough of Merchantville will host a public event for the community on Monday, August 8th at 6:30 p.m. under the tent outside The Blue Monkey Tavern to honor proprietor, Halil Gungor, and thank him for his 18 years of service to our town before handing over the keys to new owners, Remo Croce and Mike Chapman, later this week. That celebration will be followed by a 7:30 p.m. Borough Council meeting inside Borough Hall. Please see the agenda at merchantvillenj.gov.
