The Borough of Merchantville will mourn and honor its deceased service men and women at a service in Wellwood Park on Monday, May 25th, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. As in past years, the services will be conducted by officers from the F.W. Borough organizations and clubs will take place at the memorials facing Maple Avenue. Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the ceremony. This long-standing community tradition, dating back to the 1930s, is a time-honored event that brings together Legionnaires, residents and their families from the area.
