The Merchantville Fire Department is proud to be a drop-off location again this year for the Toys for Tots program, a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. On Sunday, November 2nd, the Merchantville Fire Department was assisted by Pennsauken Fire Department Engine Company 113, Tower Ladder 11, and Battalion 11, Westmont Fire Company, Maple Shade Fire Department and Mount Laurel Fire Department on an all hands dwelling fire that started in the attic at the Grace Church parsonage, 9 East Maple Avenue.
