Spring Swim Starts on Sunday, April 7th and runs through June 9th on Sundays at WAHOOS, 4101 Church Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ, from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. All swim team age groups are welcome as well as new swimmers who have earned their blue/black bands. The cost is $60 for one swimmer and $100 for two. On Saturday, March 23, 2019, Merchantville Fishing Club held their 71st Anniversary Awards Banquet. The banquet was held at Happy Hour Club in Maple Shade from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Attendance was as high as it’s been in at least 25 years and the addition of over 40 kids was outstanding. Trophies and gifts were awarded to junior and senior members. There were lots of smiles and proud parents as the children received their prizes. It was a great family night, especially to see the way MFC encourages youth participation.

Saturday was a phenomenal day for Troop 119, Merchantville. Both the Girl’s Troop and Boy’s Troop worked hard to clean up the remnants of fall and winter to keep Merchantville the Borough beautiful. We're grateful for the participation of many service groups like the scouts in supporting the needs of our town.
